Dubai Health Authority announced a plan that mandates health insurance for residents and expatriates. Living donor liver transplant program fully in place
Parkway's Gleneagles Hospital reports that its living donor liver transplant program is fully developed and expects to perform about 50 procedures annually. Parkway says the program was the first in Asia to successfully perform a living donor transplant in 2002. The program is meant to be a partial solution to the shortage of cadaver livers, according to Parkway Health. [Read More]
