Federal authorities arrested a phony doctor who treated more than 1,000 people in two states and collected $1.2 million for the "care" he provided before trying to sell their health information. The scam could have been avoided, or caught earlier, if physicians had asked questions about the 30-year-old man who wore a white lab coat and claimed to be an allergy expert. [Read More] |
