MU Stage 2 Proposed Rules Released

The proposed rules released by the Department of Health and Human Services would allow medical groups to report quality measures as a group, would make provisions for specialists, and call for vendors to encrypt devices. The proposal also extends Stage 1 to fiscal year 2014.
