Tenet Healthcare Corp. bought out its landlord at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center for $43.43 million. The 199-bed hospital at 3360 Burns Road had been leased from AMREIT, a healthcare REIT from Irvine, California, to hospital operator Tenet Healthcare since 1987.
