Highmark reaffirms commitment to ACA marketplace

Highmark Health remains committed to offering Affordable Care Act plans in 2017, despite continued losses in its ACA marketplace plans. With the cost of care for ACA enrollees outpacing premium dollars paid, Highmark's insurance arm has recorded $800 million in marketplace product losses since 2014, including $68 million in the past six months.
