The Colorado attorney general is seeking public comment on United Healthcare's purchase agreement of Rocky Mountain Health Plans. If approved by the attorney general, Rocky Mountain HMO will convert from a non-profit organization to a for-profit corporation, and sell its shares to United Healthcare Services for $36.5 million.
