Sparrow Health System said it's trying to fill about 270 job openings ranging from cafeteria workers to high-level leadership roles, with the bulk of those in nursing. "Nursing is a huge component of that," said Megan Wills, Sparrow's talent acquisition manager. "Nurses are needed everywhere in the industry."
