Trial set in dispute over UMichigan health system firing

A judge has set a Dec. 5 trial date for a lawsuit that accuses the University of Michigan of illegally firing the head of the Office for Health Equity and Inclusion, who said black patients and visitors were victims of racial profiling at campus hospitals. The university claims she bullied co-workers and had "leadership deficiencies."
