TriHealth lays off dozens, including top marketing executive

TriHealth has eliminated the job of the hospital system’s top marketing executive, Anjie Britton, and nearly 70 other employees have been laid off in a restructuring of administrative services. A total of 69 positions were eliminated in human resources, information technology, finance and corporate administration "to enhance operating efficiencies and allocate additional resources to support continued innovations and patient care and services," spokesman Joe Kelley said.
