Illinois RMC board hires CEO search firm

The Regional Medical Center has hired an Illinois firm to help in its search for a new chief executive officer. RMC CEO Tom Dandridge was removed by a divided board at the end of January after 24 years at the hospital. "We estimate the first-year compensation to be $450,000, therefore our estimated fee for this assignment will be $139,500,” the company stated in a letter addressed to RMC Chairman Melvin Seabrooks dated May 12.
