STOCKTON — Health care providers in the new age of COVID-19 are continuing to immunize children, set broken bones and resume elective surgeries while trying to ensure that patients seen in person are treated in a manner that is safe for both them and the medical staff. But many patients are now learning they don’t need to have an in-person visit with their doctor.
