Adventist Health chief Jernigan to retire

Adventist Health System on Aug. 18 announced its top executive Donald Jernigan will retire in December. The president and CEO of Florida Hospital's parent company has served as the head of Adventist Health since 2006, said a news release. Jernigan also was CEO of Florida Hospital and Adventist Health's Florida division during his time with the health care system.
