Franklin County (FL) commissioners demanded changes from George E. Weems Memorial Hospital CEO Mike Cooper, including upgrading the Weems East Clinic in Carrabelle into an urgent care facility. Commissioners, who last month rescinded hospital-wide pay raises, also asked Cooper to reassess the pay increases for staff.
