A grand jury in Fort Lauderdale started hearing testimony this week on possible open-meetings violations and other matters involving Broward Health, the troubled public hospital system. Testimony began Wednesday in an investigation that opened late last year, after the controversial firing of interim Broward Health CEO Pauline Grant.
