Medical City Plano announced Patrick Rohan as its new COO on Feb. 20. He will replace Justin Doss in this senior leadership position. Rohan joins Medical City Plano from HCA's Plantation General Hospital in Florida, where he had served as interim CEO since Jan. 1.
