National Federation of Independent Business joins suit against health reform

The National Federation of Independent Business has announced that it will join the 20 states that are suing to have the healthcare reform law invalidated. "The fundamental mission of our organization is to promote and protect the rights of small businesses and the self-employed to own, operate, and grow their business," said Dan Danner, NFIB president, in a statement, "and this healthcare law directly undermines this core value."
