Regional Health Board votes 'full confidence' in CEO

The board of directors for Regional Health expressed "full confidence" in CEO Brent Phillips on Monday, less than a month after nearly 100 doctors at Rapid City Regional Hospital called for his removal. The Regional Health board’s decision to support Phillips comes in the wake of a resounding call for the CEO’s removal by a plurality of the hospital’s physicians on April 4.
