Tulare (CA) nurses 'scavenging' supplies for patients

Nurses and some staff at Tulare Regional Medical Center in California haven’t been paid and don’t know if they will ever get a check, according to multiple hospital employees. Hospital Board Member Kevin Northcraft pointed his finger at HealthCare Conglomerate Associates, HCCA. “When you run a hospital with greed, you run into problems like today,” he said. “Every night, money is deposited into an HCCA account. From there, we have no control.”
