The name “Kosair” is coming off Children’s Hospital in a settlement of fiercely fought litigation between Kosair Charities and Norton Healthcare.An attorney for Kosair Charities and a spokesman for Norton issued a joint statement that both sides had resolved their differences and believe the agreement will "benefit the children of Kentucky."
