Looking outside the U.S. can help to cure N.J.'s doctor shortage

New Jersey's medical students are increasingly fleeing the state. Less than half of the Garden State's medical school graduates actually practice here after completing their education. That's problematic, given that New Jersey will require more than 1,100 primary care physicians by 2030 to meet the needs of its growing -- and aging -- population.
