Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Clinic agree to settlement in player's staph lawsuit

Joe Jurevicius reached a settlement last week with the Cleveland Browns over a staph infection that most likely ended the Browns receiver's career. Jurevicius filed the suit against the Browns and the Cleveland Clinic last year, stating that he contracted a staph infection in his right knee because the Browns did not sterilize their Berea facility properly and that the medical personnel, including the Clinic doctors, failed to warn him that they weren't taking proper precautions.
