Perspective: Sharing data the right way

Data sharing challenges include privacy, consent, intellectual property, costs, infrastructure, and data standards issues, and potentially erroneous conclusions. Many of these concerns cannot be totally eliminated, but they can be mitigated and managed via a "one-stop shop for clinical trial data sharing," a New England Journal of Medicine perspective states.
