High Interest, Participation: While the collaborative care model is still considered new, survey respondents are setting a fast pace of adoption with 78% expecting to have their collaborative care models fully operational by 2014. Some 25% report that they already have one in place. But while the promise of lowering costs and improving patient health is appealing, it's not without risk.
