New Oregon target would cut healthcare cost growth in half

A statewide task force has rendered its decision on how fast health care costs should grow in Oregon. At its Wednesday meeting, the Health Care Cost Growth Target Implementation Committee landed on 3.4 percent growth, roughly in line with gross state product.
