GOP senators present 'last hope' to repeal Obamacare

A group of Republican senators on Wednesday put forward a plan to repeal and replace former President Barack Obama's health care law with a bill they described as the last chance to replace reforms that restricted innovation and harmed patients with ones that would grant states flexibility to stay within existing rules or change them as they see fit.
