A system-wide failure is causing problems at Sutter Health locations, a spokesman for Sutter Health Valley Area said. Throughout the morning, employees have been unable to access patients’ electronic health records, emails and use the phones, Gary Zavoral confirmed. Some patients are being contacted to reschedule appointments.
