West Virginia awards IT consulting contract to Oleen

Oleen, an information technology consulting firm, has been awarded a contract with West Virginia’s Department of Health and Human Resources. Oleen will provide 400 InterSystems CACHE® licenses and one year of software updates and technical support. The InterSystems CACHE product enables rapid Web application development creating a unified data architecture. Terms were not disclosed.
