Pharmacy reform reduces Rx errors: ’05 CVS mishap spurred action

Massachusetts pharmacies have shown significant progress in the wake of CVS’ landmark settlement last year over errors, a Herald review has found, as the rate of pharmaceutical complaints has dropped by almost 50% amid continued legislative pressure on the industry.
