Paradise Valley Hospital installs picture archiving system
HealthLeaders News Brief, July 24, 2007
Dynamic Imaging has announced that Paradise Valley Hospital in National City, CA, has installed its "IntegradWeb PACS," a Web-based picture archiving and communications system (PACS).
PACS enables radiologists to interpret diagnostic imaging studies digitally instead of using traditional film viewers, resulting in secure radiology results instantaneously available throughout Paradise Valley Hospital and its satellite extensions. Once on the network, images and results will be available for simultaneous, multiple access by appropriately privileged hospital staff members, clinicians, and referring physicians.
