McKesson EMR is certified

McKesson announced that its Practice Partner software for physician office practices has passed muster by the Certification Commission for Health Information Technology. The software meets the commission's ambulatory EHR criteria for 2007. The certification applies to the EMR component of the software, a suite of clinical documentation and practice management applications.
