White House fails to sway governors on Senate healthcare bill

The White House pulled out the big guns this weekend at the governors' summer meeting, in an attempt to gain support for the Senate health care bill that would repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act. But based on the governors' reactions, the Administration's attempt was largely unsuccessful and seemed to further frustrate many of them.
