David Bailey, MD, MBA, announced his plans to retire as president and CEO of Nemours Children's Health System in Jacksonville, Fla., the organization announced January 9, 2017. Bailey, who served in the position 13 years, will continue leading the organization as his successor is selected. (HLM)
Jill Fuller announced her intent to retire as president and CEO of Prairie Lakes Healthcare System in Watertown, S.D., the organization announced November 10, 2017. Fuller, who joined Prairie Lakes as CNO in 2000, plans to remain in her position until a new CEO is selected. (Press release)
Jerry Fedele announced his intent to retire as president and CEO of Boca Raton Regional Hospital in Boca Raton, Fla., effective August 1, 2018. Fedele joined the hospital in 2008 as part of a consulting team to shore up the facility's finances. (The Boca Raton Tribune)
Bill Webster retired as president and CEO of Medical Center Health System in Odessa, Texas, effective January 1, 2018. Webster had served with the facility 17 years. (Odessa American)
Terry Woodbeck retired as CEO of Hillcrest HealthCare System Tulsa Spine & Specialty Hospital in Tulsa, Okla., effective December 31, 2017. Woodbeck served as the hospital's CEO since it was founded in 2002. (GTR Newspapers)
Bob Bonar retired as CEO of Children's Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minn., The Star Tribune reported November 13, 2017. Bonar's retirement, expected to take place in December, about three years after he took the job, marks the second high-level departure from the hospital since a contract dispute with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota. Bonar will be replaced by Marc Gorelick, MD, the hospital's recently hired president and COO. (The Star Tribune)
Mary Ann O'Connor retired as president and CEO of VNA Care in Worcester, Mass., Wicked Local Shrewsbury reported November 14, 2017. O'Connor announced her plans to retire in January 2018 after more than four decades in the home health and hospice industry. VNA's board of directors are looking for O'Connor's successor. Jon D. Braband, FACHE, retired as CEO of Glencoe Regional Health Services in Glencoe, Minn., effective July 1, 2018. Braband led the organization since July 1993. “Jon’s leadership has brought GRHS through a significant set of changes, all of which have made the organization the strong health care entity that it is today,” said Jeanne Conkel, President of the GRHS Board of Directors. Russell J. Hagen retired as CEO of Chestnut Health Systems in Bloomington, Ill., effective January 7, 2018. Hagen led the organization as CEO for 36 years. "When I joined what was then known as Lighthouse in June of 1974, I had no reason to believe that I would spend the rest of my working career with the organization," Hagen said. (Press release)
Bruce Lawrence retired as CEO of Integris Health in Oklahoma City, Okla., effective December 31, 2017. Lawrence had been with the system 17 years. He oversaw the opening of the Integris Health Edmond medical campus and the Integris Arcadia Trails Addiction Treatment and Recovery Center, among other accomplishments. (NewsOK)
Patrick Muldoon, FACHE, retired as president of UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, Mass., effective January 31, 2018. Muldoon had planned to retire in January 2018 when he accepted the position in 2013. Jeff Smith, MD, JD, MBA, the currect executive vice president and COO, will serve as the center's interim president while a search for Muldoon's replacement is conducted. (Press release)
Bob Hemker retired as CEO of Palomar Health in San Diego, Calif., the organization announced November 7, 2017. Hemker left after 16 years of serve to Palomar "to spend more time with his family," the organization said. Hemker had been CEO since 2014. Diane Hansen was named interim CEO. (Press release)

John Bradford was named CFO of Murray-Calloway County Hospital in Murray, Ky., the organization announced November 20, 2017. Bradford had served most recently as director of finance for KentuckyOne Health's Flaget Memorial Hospital in Bardstown, Ky., where he worked since 2015. (Press release)
Paul Ishizuka, MBA, CPA, was named interim CFO of Skagit Regional Health in Mount Vernon, Wash., the organization announced October 27, 2017. Ishizuka takes over for former CFO Tom Litaker who retired at the end of October 2017 concluding his 40-year career in healthcare. Ishizuka, who served most recently as CFO for Samaritan Healthcare, will serve as Skagit's interim CFO while the system searches for a new CEO after former CEO Gregg Davidson, FACHE, retired effective December 31, 2016. Tami Love was named CFO of Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County in Rock Springs, Wyo., the organization announced November 22, 2017. Love, who had been the hospital's controller (finance director) since 2010, takes over for Irene Richardson, who was named CEO in October 2017. (Press release)
Adam Kempf was named CFO of Norton Healthcare in Louisville, Ky., the organization announced November 16, 2017. Kempf, who has been with Norton since 2001, takes over for former CFO Michael W. Gough, who was named COO earlier in 2017. (Press release)
Jon Riggs resigned as CFO of Medical Center Health System in Odessa, Texas, effective November 17, 2017. Riggs left for a new job in Colorado. His position will be filled temporarily by retired CFO Robert Abernethy while a permanent replacement is sought. (Odessa American)
Robert O. Langland, CPA, was named CFO of Stormont Vail Health in Topeka, Kan., effective November 27, 2017. Langland served eight years as vice president of financial services at St. John Health System in Tulsa, Okla. (The Topeka Capital-Journal)

Dunn, who had been acting as interim CNO about two months, took over for Tiffany Cabibbo, MSN, BSN, RN, CENP, who was named executive vice president of patient care services and CNO for Mount Nittany Health, the organization announced in October 2017.
