Planning Nurse Staffing with a Patient Acuity System

How many patients one nurse can care for is a difficult question to answer with certainty. Some days more. Some days less. Any nurse will tell you it all comes down to the individual patient and how much care they need.

My hospital is looking at changing to acuity based staffing. Would love to know if you have something for a level 3 NICU. Janet

I think the acuity based [INVALID]em would drastically improve the PCU I work in. Can you send me a sample? Thanks

Our hospital staff is interested in a acuity system. I would like to know if you can send a sample of a acuity form that will help with our nurse patient ratio on the maternal child health units in our hospital. Thank You, Ernestine Venuto RN CPN
