A radiology employee at Perry Hospital, has been indicted on charges of entering into a computer and signing off on as many as 1,289 mammography results without a physician's review.

How could she have "acted alone" when she clearly had access to a restricted physician's account in order to complete the "report" and send it down the chain of communication. Technologists simply do not have that kind of access. In the very least, someone else was an accomplice for giving her such access. But what was her motive and gain for doing such a thing? All the facts released so far indicates others with higher authority must have been involved in order for her to do this thing.
