OPM to Launch Federal Employees Claims Database
The Office of Personnel Management says it will use personal health information to provide economic modeling of health trends, risk-adjusted profiles, pharmacy pricing, and provider contracts.
The phrase that worries me is "and other routine uses" and then goes on to explain that data can be furnished to law enforcement agencies. Not good!
