Reform Now Past the Point of No Return
Despite widespread opposition to some of the provisions in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the majority of respondents to a HealthLeaders Media survey concede that it will improve healthcare quality. Why? Because revenue and survival are at stake.

This despicable legislation is a death warrant for freedom, and not just in healthcare. Luckily, the Supreme Court will rule on its constitutionality and I'm confident that at least the mandate will be struck down. Perhaps a new administration will deliver the coup de grace in 2013.
