Can a Doctor's Smartphone App Thwart Lawsuits?
Defensive medicine is a major headache for physicians and costly for the healthcare system. After being embroiled in a lawsuit, a New Jersey physician launched a smartphone app to help improve communication between doctor and patient and derail potential litigation.
