HHS Announces $1.5B in State Insurance Exchange Grants
Nearly all of the six Level One grants are going to states that have decided to partner with the federal government to run their health insurance exchanges. All five states awarded Level Two grants are setting up state-based exchanges.
"Marketplaces"??? Note the change in wording from "exchanges" which are very unpopular in over half the states.A marketplace is somewhere people can freely choose to bu.......or not to buy. This is mandatory. Imagine being told you can't leave a store unless you buy something. Government doublespeak at its worst.Shame on you for not pointing this out.
