Dying patients are more likely to receive less intense medical care than in the recent past. The cost of that healthcare, however, provided by hospitals, physicians, and hospice, continues to rise, says a Dartmouth Atlas report.

Thanks for a good article. I would call for more discussion about the [INVALID]native of granting the patients desire to die at home with family. THere seems to be gaps in available service, MD acceptance of this plan, financial review. Thanks!
