Healthcare a Human Right, Maine Nurses Say



While lawmakers in Washington are still bickering over the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, the Maine State Nurses Association is fed up. The group is calling for universal state coverage, to be funded through a payroll tax.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THESE NURSES. IT IS APPALLING THAT ALL PEOPLE CANNOT BE AFFORDED DECENT, QUALITY HEALTHCARE IN OUR COUNTRY. IT'S JUST SICKENING. SO MANY IDIOTS IN CONGRESS LIKE TO SOMEHOW TOUT THAT IT'S NOT A 'RIGHT' [INVALID] EASY FOR THEM TO SAY WHEN WE ARE THE ONES PAYING FOR THEIR WONDERFUL HEALTHCARE BENEFITS! MAKES ME SICK.
