Find out what it really takes to become a fully automated, paperless hospital.

Electronic medical records (EMR), computerized physician order entry (CPOE), streamlined internal communications—the possibilities of clinical information technology (IT) seem limitless.

Whatever stage of IT adoption your facility is in, taking the next step poses numerous challenges to hospital leaders. How do you transition from paper to electronic? How do you gain physician and nurse buy-in? How much further do you need to go to become truly automated and paper-free?

Learn from the experiences of leaders in the field.

Listen to HealthLeaders Media's Webcast, Bringing the Digital Hospital to Life: Expert Advice and Real-world Lessons. This 90-minute interactive program will inform you on how to broaden your hospital’s use of clinical IT, and give you a real understanding of how your facility measures up against others in digital automation.

You will hear from leaders and innovators who have struck out on the journey to retire paper processes and records. An expert industry analyst will discuss how far along EMR adoption has come and where it is heading. You will also hear two real-world case studies from hospitals who are far along in the IT process, including a community hospital that has implemented CPOE and a specialty hospital which opened with the goal of being completely paper-free.

Find out what roadblocks to expect as you introduce more technology to your staff, and especially how to obtain much-needed buy-in from key physicians and nurses in your facility.
