Kathy Dunlap is chief operations officer, Radiation Oncology Division, at Radiological Associates of Sacramento in California, where she oversees seven radiation oncology centers employing 100 clerical and technical staff and 16 radiation oncologists. She has more than 30 years experience in the healthcare field and is past-president of the Radiology Coding Certification Board (RCCB).
