What makes a great leader? How do we get the "right one" in the door?

Questions like these are more and more common in today's hospitals and healthcare systems. Recent studies show that on top of frontline staff shortages, recruiting and retaining top leaders on the business side of healthcare—senior level strategic roles and "C-Suite" executives—is also becoming a challenge.

Quality healthcare leaders are hard to find. Hospital recruiters are up against such obstacles as relocation and confidentiality concerns, background expertise, demographics, and more. Do you treat your search differently than a corporation would? Where do you look and what do you look for?

"Filling Your C-Suite with Top Leaders" will explain why leadership recruiting is something healthcare organizations should be thinking about right now as part of a solid succession plan for the long term. During this 90-minute interactive Webcast, our presenters will tackle some of the roadblocks to leadership recruitment from varying perspectives: the C-Suite view, the human resources view, and the academic view. Watch and listen as they pinpoint areas where your organization can begin to develop your own pipeline of leaders for the future.
