Anthony Cirillo, CHE, ABC, is the principal for Fast Forward Consulting, an international healthcare marketing consultancy. Prior to launching Fast Forward, Cirillo served as chief marketing officer for a Wall Street healthcare startup and as chief marketing officer for several hospitals in the northeast U.S. A frequent contributor to HealthLeaders magazine, he has been on the forefront of major issues and trends facing healthcare: leveraging word of mouth and decreasing mass media dependence; price transparency and price packaging; and medical tourism being a few.
Mark Morse is a true entrepreneur. Now in his ninth year of agency ownership, Morse is the poster child for passionate marketers. Armed with an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, a scar from the dot.com era, and a wealth of brand experience, Morse provides the strategic and creative vision for Morsekode, an international branding/marketing/advertising agency in Minneapolis, MN.
Laurie Wilshusen is a marketing consultant at the Mayo Foundation for Medical Education and Research in Rochester, MN. Ms. Wilshusen has worked in healthcare marketing for nearly twenty years and has been with Mayo Clinic for the last seven. Working at Gallup and National Research Corporation, she has provided research consultation to some of the most respected names in healthcare.
