Featured speakers

Lori Allen is senior director of marketing communications at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, where she is busy with production of a major advertising campaign and its many associated projects. Ms. Allen looks forward to the new dimension in marketing that a CRM system will soon bring to her team. At Rush, she is responsible for marketing communications planning and execution. She oversees small editorial, design and community marketing teams and the call center. Lori has more than 20 years of broad healthcare communications experience in marketing, public relations, and corporate communications. Previously she served as regional director of public relations at Advocate Health Care in Chicago, where she held various PR and marketing communications positions for 13 years.

Shannon Curran is an account manager at Storandt Pann Margolis, a marketing communications agency dedicated to healthcare. At SPM, Ms. Curran leads the development of CRM strategies, and manages the implementation of her clients’ marketing communications plans. Previously, she was an e-media strategist at a global recruitment advertising agency.

Guy J. Miller has more than 25 years of national healthcare executive experience. Currently, Mr. Miller is president of REACH3 and partner-vice president of Third Wave Research, Inc., firms specializing in the creation of CRM strategy, client-controlled online CRM on-demand solutions, and digital asset management fulfillment.
