Gain a strategic edge on the competition.

Specialty service lines are critical to your hospital's success with orthopedics topping the list of must-have offerings. Orthopedics covers a large field of healthcare that addresses a variety of patient needs and requires that your hospital provide a suite of sub-specialty areas of treatment. But, with so many hospitals competing in orthopedics, you need specific strategies for each sub-specialty in order to strengthen your position in the market, build brand loyalty, and differentiate yourself from the competition.

Become the first choice for specialty orthopedic treatment.

Listen to HealthLeaders Media's Service Line Strategies Workshop: Orthopedics. This 90-minute Webcast focuses on growth and development of the orthopedic service line through sub-specialization strategies in three major areas: sports medicine, spine care, and joint replacement. Our expert presenters offer their advice for growth from varying perspectives: technology and finance, positioning and market strategy, and real-world experiences.
