Spring Township accounting firm Herbein + Company Inc. said Wednesday that it will combine with Cumru Township-based Mosteller & Associates, a regional full-service human resource organization, effective Thursday. In a press release, the companies said the merger enhances Herbein’s ability to deliver strategic human resources services and resources that bring even greater value for clients to help them succeed with confidence.
With companies having to compete for workers to fill job openings, Bed Bath & Beyond has announced a number of new employee benefits. Starting July 1, the retailer will implement three new paid benefit programs including paid parental leave, short-term disability, and an associate relief fund. The company will also close its stores on Thanksgiving Day, the latest retailer to announce that step as holiday sales and promotions increasingly move online.
