Physician adds to his office space in Ridgewood, NAI Hanson says

A physician has expanded his medical practice in Ridgewood, buying 1,219 square feet of office space, according to real estate firm NAI James E. Hanson. Dr. Daniel J. Char has been a longtime owner at 1124 E. Ridgewood Ave., according to the firm, and wanted to grow his practice at the building — hence, the purchase of the additional space. The team of Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented the seller, Pondview Medical Center of Ridgewood LLC, in the transaction.
