Plan OK'd for patient access to 2 closed hospitals' records

Two Arizona hospitals' closures last summer left hundreds of patients unable to get their medical records. But a judge's order for temporary reactivation of the hospitals' record systems could be the answer. Creditors for Florence Hospital at Anthem and Gilbert Hospital bickered for months over the cost of temporarily reactivating the repossessed electronics-records system.
