Potsdam doctor denies alleged 'dry humping' of nurse

The Canton-Potsdam Hospital doctor accused of having “dry humped” a nurse denied the charges in Town Court on Wednesday afternoon. Dr. Melchiore L. Buscemi, a 64-year-old urologist who also has an office at E.J. Noble Professional Building, 80 E. Main St., Canton, was cited by village police in March with second-degree harassment, a violation.
